Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Infectious Leadership ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

2. Services

Infectious Leadership provides leadership training, seminars, workshops, and individual or team coaching/advisement services ("Services"). The specific scope of services for each client will be detailed in a personalized program of instruction ("Proposal") following an initial consultation.

Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Leadership Principles
  • Effective Communication
  • Building Cohesive Teams
  • Decision Making Excellence
  • Conflict Resolution Mastery
  • Master Resiliency
  • Strategic Leadership Techniques

3. Engagement Process

Our engagement process is as follows:

  1. Initial Consultation: A complimentary 30-minute session to discuss the client's needs and objectives.
  2. Proposal: We will provide a detailed Proposal outlining the custom-designed program, timeline, and costs.
  3. Agreement & Deposit: Upon agreement of the Proposal, the client is required to pay 50% of the total cost as a non-refundable deposit to secure the training dates.
  4. Scheduling & Logistics: The client is responsible for booking and covering all costs associated with travel, including airfare, hotel, and rental car, unless otherwise specified in the Proposal.
  5. Service Delivery: We will execute the training or coaching services as outlined in the Proposal.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are outlined in the Proposal. The standard rate for seminars is $500.00 per hour. Monthly retainers are available for ongoing coaching. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total agreed-upon fee is required to confirm booking. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the service delivery.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If the client needs to cancel or reschedule, notice must be provided at least 14 days in advance. The 50% deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 6 months of the original date, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice will forfeit the entire deposit.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including presentations, workbooks, and concepts presented during the Services are the intellectual property of Infectious Leadership. These materials are for the client's internal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory and educational. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on the client's implementation and various external factors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infectious Leadership and Michael Cavezza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
